The State Energy Office (SEO), located within the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC), is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Energy Smart Communities for the Program Year 2013. An Energy Smart Community will be prepared to implement projects to create a healthy, sustainable, energy efficient communities. Goals should be to implement projects that reduce energy as well as water use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and ensure reliable and affordable energy for members of the community. It is a desire of the SEO to fund a wide range of communities across the state.
Applications are due to the State Energy Office by 4:00 pm Central Time on July 22, 2013.
