New Research Suggests Housing Investments by CDC’s increase Appreciation of Homes

New research published in the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Economic Review suggests that housing investments by community development corporations significantly increase the appreciation of nearby homes, which may help stabilize declining neighborhoods.
